Manekin, LLC Selected to Manage 600,000-SF Columbia, Md. Portfolio

Coming full circle, Manekin, LLC has resumed managing a portfolio of 20 flex-office buildings in Columbia, Md. it developed, leased and managed from its inception in the mid-1980s.

Spanning three business parks and comprising 600,000 square feet of space, the properties are as follows:

In 2001, Manekin sold the portfolio to AMB, which took over the property management role. AMB later merged with Prologis, Inc., and a Connecticut-based real estate investment firm purchased the properties in January, 2012.

With more than 800 tenants throughout Maryland, Delaware and Northern Virginia, Manekin manages properties for a diverse group of owners including: institutional investors, regional investors with significant portfolios, single-asset investors, office and medical office condominium regimes, and industrial and retail park associations.
