Greenfield Partners has tapped Manekin, LLC to manage a portfolio of 15 buildings in Anne Arundel, Frederick and Howard counties.

Totaling 550,000 square feet of space and spanning five business parks, the portfolio comprises the following mid-rise suburban office, single story-office office/flex and industrial properties:

This portfolio marks Manekin’s third assignment from Greenfield Partners this year.  In January, the private equity REIT hired Manekin to manage a portfolio of 20 flex-office buildings in Columbia, Md., totaling 600,000 square feet of space.  In April, it added another 14 buildings in Columbia totaling 330,000 square feet.

Manekin Senior Portfolio Manager Marie Gerwig has overseen the Greenfield Partners account and will oversee management of the newest portfolio addition.
