JOHN GRAHAM is a Managing Director and Principal.

Prior to joining Manekin LLC, he was the managing member of Claverhouse Advisors, LLC, a real estate consulting firm which focused on real estate operations, investment, and capital formation. Claverhouse clients included Goldman Sachs/Whitehall Fund, Archon Group, Deloitte Touche, WP Commercial, Manekin LLC, MRP Realty and Blue Obrecht. 

Mr. Graham also served as the Washington, DC Regional Director for First Industrial Realty Trust and as president and founding partner of NPV/Direct Invest, a real estate securities syndication and operating company in partnership with Lehman Brothers.  Prior to that he was a senior Vice President and General Manager of Emmes Realty Services, a New York based Real Estate Investment Company where he ran Mid-Atlantic operations. 

Mr. Graham serves on the Advisory Board for the Bolte School of Business, Mount Saint Mary's University.  He holds an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Business and Finance from Mount Saint Mary’s University where he teaches in the MBA program. He is also the President of The Maryland Rugby Foundation.
