OWEN ROUSE is responsible for the two key components of the firm’s activities: capital raising and investment sales. On the investment side, he focuses on representing clients in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate and the on capital side the identification of equity sources that align with the profile of the firm’s projects. Additionally, he sits on the firm’s Management and Investment Committees, playing an active role in the strategy and direction of the company.
Mr. Rouse’s 30-year career in commercial real estate has covered several disciplines including lending, acquisition, disposition, construction, appraisal, portfolio management, loan workouts and various consulting assignments.
A former president of the local chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, Mr. Rouse served as 2010 President of CORFAC International, one of world’s largest commercial real estate services organizations.
Mr. Rouse holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Urban Planning from McDaniel College (formerly Western Maryland College) and a Masters in Business Administration from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola College in Maryland.
JOHN GRAHAM is a Managing Director and Principal with Manekin Investment Services, LLC, a commercial real estate investment company.
Prior to forming Manekin Investment Services, LLC, he was the managing member of Claverhouse Advisors, LLC, a real estate consulting firm which focused on real estate operations, investment, and capital formation. Claverhouse clients included Goldman Sachs/Whitehall Fund, Archon Group, Deloitte Touche, WP Commercial, Manekin LLC, MRP Realty and Blue Obrecht.
Mr. Graham also served as the Washington, DC Regional Director for First Industrial Realty Trust and as president and founding partner of NPV/Direct Invest, a real estate securities syndication and operating company in partnership with Lehman Brothers. He was also a Senior Vice President and General Manager of Emmes Realty Services, a New York based Real Estate Investment Company where he ran Mid-Atlantic operations.
Mr. Graham serves on the President’s Council for Mount Saint Mary’s University and the board of trustees of Christian Counseling Center of Annapolis. He holds an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Business and Finance from Mount Saint Mary’s University where he teaches in the MBA program of the Bolte School of Business, Mount Saint Mary’s University.
